Wee Comm Magnum Properties and Magnahomes, Inc. are proposing a residential Beachfront Condo project in Barangay Barra, Opol, Misamis Oriental.
The project will be built on a beachfront property near Seven Seas Water Park and Resort, Wilcon Depot, and Seaside Bible Camp.
The proposed development will have 15 stories and is set to have at least 500 residential units consisting of studio and 1-bedroom condo units. The launch of this project is expected to take place in the second half of 2024.
